Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for eligible reason*, you may return it to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
*Eligible reasons for return:
- Damaged or defective item
- Missing an item
- Received the wrong item
RETURNS
All returns postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returns must be new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To initiate the return process, please fill out the return form below within ten (10) days of delivery of your order and member of EcologicOwl team will be in touch with a return label and instructions. When you return an item, you need to upload an image of it.
Please Note
- You can upload images of size up to 2 MB.
- You can add a maximum of 3 images of issues.
- The file format of the image should be .jpg / .jpeg / .png
- Please ensure the images are focused on the issue and are not blurry.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail return. EcologicOwl does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
